Anyone that knows me knows how much I love animals! I purchased a ranch a few years back to rescue as many as I can and give them the love they all deserve. But trust me when I say it’s a lot of work. Worth it? Absolutely. A lot of work? Also yes. That’s why I rely on Propel Fitness Powder to help keep me going on those long, hot days. Temperatures can reach up to 100 degrees, so while I’m taking care of the animals, @propelwater is taking care of me and helping keep me hydrated. #propelpartner

When I say I’m outside this summer, this is exactly what I mean!!😛☀️ Being consistent during the summer can be hard, especially with events + travel. I keep workouts like this in my back pocket for when I’m away from the gym or a safe running route. And take your hydration seriously! This heat can be deadly and staying hydrated is essential to your performance! 🫶🏽🔥 #Propelpartner @propelwater
